The apartment Located in conventional, suburb residential area of Suratkal, Mangaluru on a 2792.29 sq m land aims to break the conventional cuboidal mass that the facades typically represent, by means of colors and unusual massing. This is achieved by working in the geometry of curved pergola allowing the interplay of forms to come to focus as one approaches the site. The design process was divided in 2 stages forming Block A and Block B which are thoughtfully connected by a landscape pathway which allows a safe pedestrian movement within the site. The buildings are comprised of ground+ 4 floors, Block A has 2 and 3 BHK Apartments and Block B has 1 and 2 BHK apartments.
