Description of project
A bespoke stenciled screen elements around the façade allows the apartment building to have a dynamic, impactful identity, setting it apart from the buildings in the vicinity. The façade design effectively achieves the purpose of being subtle and complementing the street character. The canopy above the building gives a definite shape to the design. The ground + 8 floored structure is nestled in Mannagudda, a premium residential area. The site located in the middle of the densely populated neighborhood covers up to 1831.18 sq m.
