Description of project
Situated in Kottara-the prime locality of Mangaluru, the triangular shape of the site posed as a challenge to the designer. To achieve maximum area of commercial complex, the building has taken up a triangular form. The façade acts as a focal point of the design giving identity to the building. The East facing building has been covered maximum with glass to achieve maximum visibility of commercial spaces inside. Abstract patterns and metallic louvers are provided to break the uniformity of glass façade.
